This page is currently under construction. The connectivity module provides tools for computing functional connectivity from preprocessed fUSI time series.

Seed-based analysis:

• SeedBasedMaps: Compute seed-based Pearson correlation maps from fUSI time series.

Connectivity matrices:

• ConnectivityMatrix: Compute functional connectivity matrices from fUSI time series.
